Ø PAYMENT CONFIRMATION (for Services) – User will get SMS and Email notification on completion of Transaction
Ø REFUND POLICY –Clothes are not delivered as per the requested time.
-Clothes are damaged or altered.
-Clothes are used inappropriately.
-Clothes aren’t washed/cleaned/folded properly.
-Users need to have billing details including receipts. While applying for the refund, users must click the photograph of altered product they receive from our deliver boy. These details will be asked by our executive when their requests are reviewed. Request must be reported 1 hour after delivery of product by our delivery boy.
"Once the verification is done, refund would be based on original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card."
Ø CANCELLATION POLICY – User making request for a services are able to cancel their order when it is not review or pending. The order won’t cancel once the services are confirmed by the user.
***For No Refund Policy and NO Cancellation- If user not eligible for above criteria he / she will not be able to get Refund
